Welcome to my little slice o'the internet. This is a place where I get to wax on and on about what matters to ME. I have invited certain people to follow me here from my previous site--those whom I consider kindred spirits. And those who do not seem to judge me and find me wanting severely.

I am passionate about raising my children according to my values, and not what society dictates. I strive to instill a sense of self-confidence, kindness, justice and grace in my children. I want my children to be healthy, safe and intelligent. I want to give them a rich educational smorgasbord of hands-on experiences, fascinating field trips, literary masterpieces, and develop in them a sense of curiosity and wonder that they will never lose. Above all, I hope to disciple my children in such a manner that they will claim the love and grace of Jesus Christ, accept him as Lord in their lives, and spread that love to everyone whom they encounter.
